Check-in:11:00am and Check-out:10:00am (If the guest stays longer than that they will be charged an extra night)

Time of Stay

•  If the client doesn't stay for the whole period they will be charged with a fee of 40% of the total value of the remaining nights.

• For packages and extended holidays, if the guest leaves the hotel before the check out date, they will need to pay the total value. No reimbursement.

•The discount offered at the time of the reservation will only apply if the guest stay for the whole period agreed, if not, they will be charged the regular price.

Cancelation Policy

•  In case of cancelation the amount paid won't be reimbursed, but can be evaluted by the manager if canceled with at least 72 hours before the check in date. In this case, the guest will have a credit through a "comitment term"  and if the manager agrees in giving a reimbursement  for the deposit required at the time of the reservation, the following fees will be applied:

-(10% of the deposit value) - for cancelations made after 30 days after the deposit date.

-(20% of the deposit value) - for cancelation made between 30  to 21 days after the deposit date.

-(50% of the deposit value) - for cancelations made with less than 21 days after the deposit date.
